Care Team Lead for Elderly Residents

**Join Our Team**
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Bank Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a senior member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should also be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support.
About the Role:
- Lead a team to deliver quality care and support to residents
- Work closely with the clinical team to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
