Resident Experience Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Resident Experience Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd.
Salary: £31,500 - £33,000 per annum
The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding living experience for residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Maintaining property standards through regular inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
- Managing the move-out process, including deposit release, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize occupancy and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior letting/property management experience.
- Strong customer service background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-related systems like Yardi/RentCafe.
