Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to lead our childcare team in delivering high-quality learning experiences for infants and preschoolers.
About the Role:
As a Childcare Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare centre, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our Little Learners. This includes managing staff, maintaining facilities, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, including staff management and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their teaching skills and confidence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding procedures.
