We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning, based in Leatherhead. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with special educational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with specific learning difficulties, including SLD, ASD, and ADHD.
  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to meet the needs of each student.
  • Developing positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
