Job Summary:

Academics Ltd is seeking a Special Educational Needs Coordinator to support students with complex needs in a school setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans.

This role requires a high level of empathy, communication skills, and knowledge of SEND legislation and policies.

  1. Develop and implement personalized support plans for students with SEND.
  2. Liaise with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure effective delivery of support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Criminology.
  • An enhanced DBS check.
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and policies.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum.
