Internal Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective lead generation and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Management
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a database of contacts and leads to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales and Marketing teams to inform business decisions.
- Marketing Activity
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and sales sheets.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales and marketing reports to the Sales and Marketing teams to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Essential
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Desirable
- Experience in the software or IT industry, with a focus on business management solutions.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
