Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Manager to join our client's team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the help desk operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with projects and initiatives to improve help desk operations
  • Answer and resolve invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Raise invoices on client-specific systems and ensure accurate billing
  • Manage out-of-hours call-outs and ensure prompt response to client requests
  • Create and send invoicing spreadsheets and reports
  • Cross-check in-house systems with client systems to ensure all jobs have been invoiced
  • Request order numbers and track client orders
  • Organize and prioritize help desk tasks and responsibilities
  • Raise permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist the help desk team with issues and queries
  • Attend client meetings and provide updates on help desk operations
  • Assist with quotes and estimates for client projects
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience in help desk management or a related field is highly desirable
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team
  • Confident and organized, with attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills, with a presentable and communicative approach
  • Self-driven and motivated to succeed
