About the Role

The Associate IT Support Services Analyst is a key member of the Clarivate Analytics team, responsible for delivering exceptional IT support services to internal customers. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system configuration, and collaborating with senior team members to resolve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal customers, resolving hardware and software-related issues.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform system configuration and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as networking fundamentals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support.
About the Team

This role will report to the Senior Manager, IT Support Services EMEA and will work closely with a team of IT professionals to deliver exceptional support services.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in computing or computer support.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar help desk or IT support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers and senior team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
