Job DescriptionThe Field Care Manager will lead our team in delivering exceptional care services to our clients, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Main Responsibilities- Care Planning & Assessment: Develop and review personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Liaise with Operational Team: Address performance issues and training needs within the operational team.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet CQC standards through regular audits and record-keeping.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and updating care needs as required.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for our clients.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care, exceptional communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel using own car.
- This role requires travel around the North West, including North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke, and surrounding areas.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 depending on skills and experience.
- Remote/field-based role with flexible working hours.
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
- Annual leave - 25 days plus bank holidays.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
This role promises an estimated annual salary of approximately £28,600 based on the job's requirements and location.
