Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lived Experience Coordinator to join our Dependency and Recovery Service. As a key member of our team, you will work with males aged 26+ in a hybrid model, providing a meet and greet service upon release from prison and supporting clients on probation in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meet and greet services for clients upon release from prison
  • Supporting clients on probation in the community
  • Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients
