Business Development Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role in sales?
TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the sales of heat pump systems to the Building Services and Heating sectors.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with house builders, specifiers, and architects, and managing a pipeline of business on specified projects.
This is a field-based position, allowing for a good work-life balance and flexibility.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Experience in sales, preferably in the heat pump industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary range of £45-£60K
• Car allowance
• Commission
• 4% pension contribution
