We are at an exciting moment in our 110-year history, with the development of an ambitious new strategy that sets out a vision for nature in recovery. Our strategy is built around five critical interventions: the development of a nature recovery network, creating landscape recovery areas, regenerative agriculture, green infrastructure, and highly protected marine areas.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our public affairs and policy work. As Head of Public Affairs and Policy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that drive change and promote our mission. You will work closely with our central policy team and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public affairs and policy, with experience of working in the third sector. You will need to be able to inspire politicians, funders, the media, developers, and communities to support our cause. You will also need to have excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will be part of a tight and dedicated central policy team, working closely with other stakeholders to achieve our goals. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong background in public affairs and policy
