Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's skills development. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training solutions, driving meaningful change, and empowering our team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our team, focusing on adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- Innovation and Creativity: Bring fresh ideas and approaches to engage learners, staying ahead of industry trends and continuously enhancing our L&D offerings.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships to drive the success of our L&D initiatives.
- Results-Driven: Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and making a real impact, with a strong emphasis on measuring success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development or instructional design.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and training tools.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver training in both classroom and remote settings.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in the health and social care sector.
- Experience of working in a mobile role.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the care industry.
- Familiarity with competency-based training programs.
