Your Role:

You will collaborate with a dynamic and talent-centric team where you will have ample autonomy and the opportunity to innovate and refine new concepts. The Talent Acquisition team is creative and forward-thinking, constantly seeking novel recruitment strategies; the successful candidate will be integral to this process and contribute to the effective recruitment of a full complement of staff at Activate Learning.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role within our cohesive, collaborative team, delivering a professional, business-oriented talent acquisition service to both candidates and hiring managers. You will provide guidance, coaching, and workshops to hiring managers, ensuring they possess the knowledge and understanding necessary for successful recruitment while adhering to a fair and impartial selection process.

You will proactively identify and nurture candidate pipelines through participation in recruitment events and direct sourcing, enhancing the employer brand and expanding our pool of potential talent.

The Talent team is part of the HR department, which is a diverse and collaborative unit that encompasses Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Reward, HR Services, and Business Partnering.

This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working options.

This position requires daily interaction with key stakeholders both internally and externally, making it essential for the right candidate to possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the capability to quickly establish rapport and maintain strong, enduring relationships.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within recruitment or talent acquisition is essential.
  • Significant interview experience across various levels.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging job advertisements.
  • Proven success in direct sourcing through multiple channels.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with confidence in providing advice and delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
