We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Manager to drive high service delivery standards and outstanding customer experience at Wienerberger, a leading international provider of building materials and infrastructure solutions.

About the Role

This critical position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team, optimising processes, and implementing strategies that improve service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with the Customer Experience Manager to develop and execute CX roadmap strategies
  • Utilising customer feedback, data and insights to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Driving initiatives that reduce response times, improve service consistency, and enhance customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3-5 years in a management role overseeing a team, is required. A proven track record of improving customer experience and operational efficiency in high-volume support environments is essential.

A strong leadership and team-building skillset, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive team environment, is also crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, are necessary.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
