Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize vehicle performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless operation of the fleet and address any technical challenges.
  • Oversee the procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for effective maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ in HGV/PSV Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
