**Engineering Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Controlling Engineers, managing their diaries and allocating them to jobs as required
- Prioritising urgent jobs based on customer or type of issue
- Using Tracker system to understand current locations of engineers to be able to assign them jobs appropriately
- Maintaining list of current jobs in workshop, jobs to be completed, jobs closed and jobs incoming
- Arranging engineers to complete projects as required
- Liaising with other internal teams to notify them of works booked in
- Ensure appropriate checks are completed before issuing jobs and during the progress of jobs
- Escalate issues as they occur, keeping management informed as they arise
- Logging and closing down jobs after completion
- Updating Internal system accurately and efficiently, noting and adding parts to incidents where necessary
- Meeting KPIs, customer service level agreements and ensuring engineer’s also hit their targets
- Organising and maintaining the fleet, arranging for repairs to be carried out and planning into the schedule. Ensuring all vans have the correct tools for the job and any new vans are kitted out properly before entering circulation.

**Engineering Scheduler Essential Experience**:

- Experience of booking or scheduling of engineers/ installers/ trades people or vehicle servicing
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communicator both written and verbal
- Experience of liaising with customers - confident on the telephone and able to establish customer needs
- Strong data entry experience - efficient and accurate
- Computer literate - strong use of Outlook and Excel
- Ability to plan and organise own workload effectively
- Able to work as part of a team

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
