Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team in Poole, Dorset. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reviewing creditworthiness, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
- Review creditworthiness and set credit limits
- Reconcile customer accounts and manage customer portals
- Resolve invoice and payment queries
- Produce and distribute customer overdue/reminder letters
Requirements:
- Experience in credit control and customer service
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in IT, including Excel, Outlook, and accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
