We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Administrator to join our team at Together. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer documentation, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Collaborate with Case Managers to prepare case files for underwriting decisions, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our panel of solicitors, enhancing their knowledge of our internal processes and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the operations team in achieving agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and completion deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
