Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake the role of a TENP, utilizing high levels of decision making and clinical judgment to ensure patient health needs are met.
- Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients, and relatives.
- Lead and develop the service to improve practice and work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries.
- Implement and evaluate evidence-based standards, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- PVG Scheme membership/record.
- Ability to work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
