Job Summary:
NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the role of a trainee advanced nurse practitioner, utilizing high levels of decision making and clinical judgment to ensure patient health needs are met.
- Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients, and relatives, encompassing the role of expert clinician, educator, and auditor.
- Lead and develop the service to improve practice and work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries, implementing and evaluating evidence-based standards, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead service development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
