Role Overview

As a Supervising Social Worker with Caritas Care, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting fostering families and children, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting fostering families and children
  • Recruiting, training, and assessing prospective foster carers
  • Providing ongoing supervision and support to foster carers and children

Work Arrangements: Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available

Salary: Up to £37,996 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
