Experienced Child and Family Social Worker

This challenging yet rewarding position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can assess and intervene at the earliest stage of need. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing an agreed caseload, using your specialist communication skills to achieve optimum outcomes for service users. You will also devise individual care plans, taking into account diversity and promoting dignity and empowerment.
The ideal candidate will possess significant Social Work experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting children and their families to ensure they thrive and flourish. They will have a strong understanding of child protection legislation and be knowledgeable about best practice in social care. The salary for this role is £33 per hour.
