Our vision at NHS England is to lead the data services market through innovative and high-quality data products. As a key member of our Data and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our forward-looking business plans.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Data Innovation Strategist. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of our Data Operations Centre (DOC) across Data & Analytics, ensuring seamless onboarding of new data flows while continuously improving existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders. You will work closely with our teams to develop and maintain strategies that align with our goals, including enabling local systems to improve patient outcomes and reducing health inequalities.

Key Objectives:

  • Optimise the use of digital technology, research, and innovation to drive better health outcomes
  • Develop and implement forward-looking business plans that drive growth and adoption of our DOC

You will be expected to spend around 40% of your time working in-person at our office base, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve our shared objectives.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
