We are currently seeking an experienced Data Engineering Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of our data platforms.
As a Data Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing the application of the Engineering Quality Framework to our platforms and technology services. This will involve working with external suppliers, identifying potential issues within code, and contributing to the ongoing development of the framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a workstream within a software development team, as well as a working understanding of software development and architecture. They will also have exposure to various platforms, languages, methodologies, patterns, and implementations.
This is a full-time position based in England, and colleagues are expected to spend at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Benefits:
NHS England offers a competitive salary package, including a basic annual salary of £60,000-£80,000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave.
