Role Summary:
">As a Senior Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert psychiatric care to patients with complex mental health needs. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of holistic care plans.

- Participating in on-call rotations to ensure continuous, high-quality care and support for patients">
Requirements:
">You must have a strong background in forensic psychiatry and experience working in inpatient settings. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Full GMC registration with specialist registration in psychiatry">
- CCST or CCT (or equivalent) in psychiatry">
- Experience in leading clinical teams and providing high-quality care">
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate evidence-based practices into operational solutions">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
