About the Opportunity:

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist for their Male PICU service in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs, while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing patient treatment within the Male PICU service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care.
  • Providing expert psychiatric assessments and treatment for a diverse patient population, including those with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:

Full GMC registration with specialist registration in psychiatry, A CCST or CCT (or equivalent) in psychiatry, and extensive experience in Forensic Psychiatry.

The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate evidence-based practices into operational solutions.
