£55,000 - £70,000 per annum salary is available for a Business Services Manager in Cambridge. This role at Pro Talent involves overseeing a substantial client portfolio and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have fully qualified ACA / ACCA qualifications, practice background, and minimum three years post-qualification experience in relevant roles. Key skills required include strong commercial acumen, planning and organising, and decision-making skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing audit, accounts, and corporation taxation compliance assignments, as well as developing the portfolio through cross-selling and new client wins. You will also contribute towards the development of technical audit and accounts competences, and participate in departmental resource planning. A typical week involves planning and completion meetings with clients, including site visits, review of audit files, execution of specialist project work, delivering technical updates to team, employee mentoring, and management meetings.
