The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, address challenges, and deliver comprehensive solutions that support the organization's financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide ongoing updates on progress, risks, change management, and issue resolution.
  2. Drive decision-making and issue resolution utilizing actionable data and metrics.
Requirements
  1. 7-10+ years of experience in program and project delivery within complex environments, specifically with NetSuite ERP systems.
  2. Experience with BigCommerce e-commerce systems and cloud technologies in an agile environment.
  3. Exceptional project and program management skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, particularly in the finance education segment.
  4. Strong understanding of software development processes, with significant experience in agile methodologies to facilitate collaboration and adaptability.
  5. In-depth knowledge of product management processes relevant to ERP and e-commerce systems.
  6. Demonstrated emotional maturity and high emotional intelligence in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
  7. Experience in managing software/SaaS programs, focusing on cloud solutions in the finance education sector.
  8. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards relevant to the finance education segment and cloud environments.
