As a team player, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive enhancements to our implementation processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the end-to-end implementation experience by facilitating post-sale client coverage and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams and shared services, such as compliance, legal, and investor services, to ensure timely and efficient client onboarding.
  • Work closely with Barings transfer agents to ensure all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes are followed, and client accounts are opened in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the prioritization of client implementation activities and develop enhancements to our implementation processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on client onboarding, project management, or transitions implementation.
  • Prior experience in AML/KYC processes is a plus.
  • Effective communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Experience using Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
