Client Implementation Specialist

At Freemarket, we prioritize our clients' needs and strive to enhance their experience. Our service delivery combines technology and people to create value and drive operational efficiency. To support our platform business growth, we're expanding our Client Implementation team.

The Client Implementation Specialist will collaborate with various teams, including Commercial, Client Support, Banking, Operations, Compliance, and Technology, to implement Freemarket's solution for clients. Our goal is to onboard new clients efficiently, allowing them to start using our services sooner.

This role is ideal for a driven and ambitious individual who will be the primary point of contact for new clients. You will manage the client delivery process from start to finish, including gathering initial data, collaborating with internal stakeholders, quality checking new accounts, and training clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage implementation workflows, automations, and pipelines using our internal CRM.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and SMEs to ensure client delivery meets agreed timelines and governance standards.
  3. Validate client set-ups from a technical and operational perspective, ensuring due diligence and legal documentation completeness.
  4. Oversee client testing of the Freemarket solution through platform demonstrations.
  5. Own client-facing communications and meetings as required.
  6. Understand client needs and identify opportunities to improve the client experience within the Freemarket platform.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation and client activation timeframes.
  8. Highlight relevant client delivery risks to team leaders and senior management.
The Ideal Candidate
  1. A problem solver with analytical skills and an assertive attitude.
  2. Strong project and process management skills, including stakeholder management.
  3. A self-starter with commercial acumen and a client-focused approach.
  4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to build strong relationships from the outset.
  6. A team player with integrity and a solid reputation.
  7. Interest in Payments, Banking, FX, and Treasury Management.
  8. Previous experience in an early-stage, high-growth business is beneficial but not essential.
  9. KYC knowledge is advantageous.

Freemarket offers a hybrid working model, and you must be able to attend the office near London Bridge when required.
