Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Survitec. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced product and service information to customers, responding to complex questions and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Record and process orders, including custom and special orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with internal teams.
- Make proactive calls to customers to develop new relationships and deepen existing ones, acting as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Respond to and resolve complex issue escalations, securing managerial approvals as required.
- Schedule follow-up actions and update customer relationship management systems to ensure quality data for effective customer retention and business development activities.
- Interview customers to clarify requirements, making full and accurate notes, and updating customer records in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional service to customers to encourage continued use of Survitec's products and services.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of Survitec policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, to ensure adherence to standards.
- Develop own capabilities through participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in delivering high-quality work unsupervised. No formal management experience is required for this role.
