Front of House Supervisor - Defence Sector

We are seeking a committed Front of House Supervisor to facilitate the efficient operation of our services in the Defence sector on a part-time basis, with a contract of 20 hours per week.

Your shift patterns will typically involve working 4 out of 7 days.

Please note: This position is contracted for 49 weeks per year.

Your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored accurately and promptly
  • Leading a team and fostering a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported
  • Acting as a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Creating weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines
  • Ordering stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Delegating tasks as needed and ensuring the team remains proactive
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations

  • Prior experience supervising frontline teams in a similar setting
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on outstanding customer service
