Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Front of House Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee Front Office operations, maintaining high standards and ensuring effective communication and procedures.
  • Comply with Hampton by Hilton brand standards, health and safety, and fire requirements, including team training and reporting.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities within the Front of House, including team sales training and new revenue exploration.
People Management
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel, company, and team members.
  • Provide operational support to all hotel departments.
  • Ensure team members comply with image standards, monitoring appearance, standards, and performance.
  • Conduct daily briefings, handovers, and team performance reviews, coaching and supporting the Reception Team.
Profit
  • Drive up-selling opportunities and revenue within the Front Office using a proactive approach.
  • Supervise and motivate the Reception Team to achieve KPIs, focusing on up-selling opportunities and delivering the brand promise and standards.
