About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance.
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in health and social care.
  • To contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to Lifeways' policies and procedures.
