We are recruiting a Carer Support Professional to work at Hazel Court in Worcester. As a Carer Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Your duties will include providing a high-quality, personalised care and support service, including the sensitive delivery of personal care and managing medication. You will also support customers to get up, washed and dressed, and help them access the local community.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering personal care and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our customers to develop tailored care plans, ensuring their unique needs are met.

Salary: £19,200 - £21,000 per annum
