About the Role

We are currently recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in local schools across Kidderminster and Worcester. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to teachers and students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparing materials, and delivering support to students. You will also be required to communicate with parents and carers, ensuring that they are informed about their child's progress and any concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt to different learning environments. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality support.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience and location. We also offer a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
