Teaching Assistant - SEN Support

A rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in a Redditch school, providing specialized support to a child with SEN requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and empathetic individual, able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues alike.

About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to the child on a 1-1 basis, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Experience working with children with Autism or other special needs is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Support the class teacher with group work and observations, ensuring the smooth operation of the classroom.
About You:
  • You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Education, demonstrating your commitment to education and teaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
