Teaching Assistant Role for Deaf Children

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Specialist Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with deaf children and young people in their educational settings across Worcestershire.

About the Job
  • You will need to be confident in advocating for the needs of deaf pupils and able to travel across the county.
  • Experience of working with children/young people, deafness, meeting targeted outcomes, and a BSL level 2 qualification or current study towards it are essential.

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training and have access to a range of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities within the team.

Salary Information
  • For 5 hours of work: £20,402 - £23,779 per annum
  • For 20 hours of work: £12,555 - £14,634 per annum
  • For 15 hours of work: £9,434 – £10,975 per annum

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £12,555 for 20 hours of work.
