Supporting Deaf Pupils in Mainstream Settings

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is a highly regarded and friendly team supporting learners with sensory impairments in mainstream settings across the county. This role offers an opportunity to join us as a Specialist Teaching Assistant working with a deaf child or young person in their educational setting at various locations across Worcestershire.

About the Position
  • This position requires confidence to advocate for the needs of deaf pupils and the ability to travel across the county.
  • You will have experience of working with children/young people, deafness, meeting targeted outcomes and a BSL level 2 qualification or be undertaking this currently.

All necessary training will be provided and you will have access to a range of CPD and support within the team.

Salary Details
  • 5 hours – £20,402 - £23,779 per annum
  • 20 hours – £12,555 - £14,634 per annum
  • 15 hours – £9,434 – £10,975 per annum

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £12,555 for 20 hours of work.
