Job Overview

Cranstoun, a leading provider of specialist treatment and harm reduction services, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Community Support Specialist.

This role involves providing high-quality support to individuals with substance misuse or alcohol-related problems, often accompanied by co-occurring conditions or homelessness.

You will work in a trauma-informed approach, offering flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, and psychosocial interventions. Collaboration with other agencies is crucial for case management and ensuring access to a range of services.

We are looking for someone with a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. You should have strong Microsoft Office skills, be able to manage your own diary efficiently, and possess integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

The successful candidate will be based in Worcester City but may need to provide outreach in other areas of the county based on presenting need.

Salary: £25,250 - £30,044 per annum depending on experience.
