We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team in Worcester City.
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide high-quality services to individuals who have a history of substance misuse or alcohol-related problems and additional complexities such as co-occurring conditions or homelessness.
You will work with a trauma-informed approach, providing flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, psychosocial interventions, and working in close partnership with other agencies to case manage this cohort so they can access a full range of services.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,647. This figure is based on the national average salary for similar roles in the UK.
