Business Development Representative

1TECH STAFFING LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join their team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Make B2B calls to targeted prospects to introduce, develop, and cultivate potential business opportunities.
- Utilize various channels and tools, including email, LinkedIn, and social media, to reach and engage prospects.
- Maintain regular communication with your line manager and team members.
- Assist and provide coverage for other team members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and other staff gatherings.
- Support new team members by offering on-the-job training.
- Keep up-to-date with all written and verbal communications.
- Ensure all records are accurately maintained and consistently updated in line with company policies and procedures.
- At least 1 year B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
