We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Resource Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with product returns and analyzing reasons for returns
- Booking in of returns and undertaking testing and quality checks to identify faulty products
- Writing reports on tests and quality checks undertaken
- Capturing information on faulty products and liaising with internal departments to identify areas for improvement
- Liaising with warehouse locations to undertake spot checks on products before sending them to customers
- Reviewing online product reviews to provide feedback to internal departments
- Undertaking testing and quality checking of new product samples and writing inspection reports
Requirements:
- Strong administration experience with experience of using Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
- Ability to analyze data to produce accurate reports
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
