Transfer Flow Specialist

The Transformation Unit is looking for a skilled Patient Transfer Officer to join our team. This role involves coordinating the transfer of patients around the Trust, ensuring seamless communication and efficient flow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including colleagues, patients, and visitors.
- Identifying and addressing communication barriers, such as language differences or physical special needs.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Literacy and numeracy skills, with a minimum of 5 GCSE grades C or above, including English and Maths.
- A solid understanding of Trust policies and procedures.
