The ideal candidate will:

  • Have knowledge of National Cleaning Standards and their application.
  • Experience in managing confidential information.
  • Have experience as a team leader/supervisor and providing constructive feedback.
  • Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits in accordance with nationally agreed standards and produce outcomes that support quality improvement.
  • Plan auditing schedules to prioritize high-risk areas.
  • Provide training and coaching to Facilities teams on the auditing process.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide constructive feedback on audit results.
