About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection Limited. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve quality issues promptly and efficiently to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
  • Reduce the cost of poor quality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective final and in-process inspection of product conformity.
  • Investigate and report on quality issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct internal quality system audits, write audit reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business processes to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Produce management KPIs and provide regular reporting.
  • Cover for other team members during absence periods.
  • Travel occasionally, including overseas trips, to support business needs.
Requirements
  • ONC in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quality.
  • Proven experience in applying modern quality and manufacturing principles and tools in a production environment.
  • Full driving license.
