We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Fellow in Neonatal Medicine to join our team at North Bristol NHS Trust. As a Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Neonatal Medicine service.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
- Participate in teaching and training activities to support the development of junior staff
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- MB BS (or equivalent) degree
- Full registration with the GMC
- MRCPCH or equivalent qualification
- APLS and NLS certifications
- At least 72 months of paediatric experience, including 6 months of neonatal experience at ST1-3 level in a tertiary centre
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
- At least 12 months of UK experience
- Experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices
- Experience as a middle-grade in a tertiary neonatal unit
