Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective prescribing and medicines management in line with current legislation, local, and national guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of strategic and operational prescribing priorities.
- Develop and deliver education, advice, and support on medicine and prescribing-related topics to healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and students, promoting their professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Full training will be provided, and opportunities for further development will be available within the team.
- A full, current driving license and use of a personal vehicle for work purposes are essential.
