About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our patients, particularly those with HIV and Gender-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with HIV and Gender-related conditions
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver high-quality outpatient pharmacy services
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote optimal outcomes from medicines and demonstrate NHS Scotland values

Requirements:

  • Master of Pharmacy degree or equivalent
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience of pro-actively influencing prescribing within a clinical setting
  • Passion for quality improvement and delivering excellent patient-centred care
